A Mindfulness Break Time
This course aims to create a calm positive environment during break times to promote mindfulness in pupils & staff. This course is full of practical activities to help reduce the potential stresses that children and young people can face, for example social media, peer pressure, exam expectations.
Course suitable for early years (EY), primary (P), secondary (S), and SEN schools
