Are you finding it difficult to communicate with parents at your school or college? Is there a select group with whom you’d love to be more engaged?
If you’re nodding along then the Family Growth Mindset Scheme is a great solution for you. It enables both teaching and non-teaching staff to improve relationships and communication with families. On top of that, the programme is designed to raise standards, build and develop mindset and resilience, improve attendance and enhance the participation and cooperation of parents. Each session offers fun and challenging ideas to help develop an individual’s mindset from ‘it’s too hard’ to ‘I can’. The creative activities we’ve put together offer staff and families the opportunity to take on challenges, support each other’s development, overcome obstacles and reflect - together.

Strengthen relationships and increase interaction between the family, school and local community
