This course looks at restorative approaches during break times which have been in use in UK schools for more than 15 years. This training explores the principles of restorative approaches, with practical guidance and strategies showing what they are, how they work, how staff can implement them and what they can do to help manage conflict issues during break times more successfully. By implementing restorative approaches, schools become confident, happier and more productive places to learn and develop.
This training includes the following:
1x Oh No Playtime Note Pad (correctives)
