For as long as we can remember, new pressures and challenges have been demanding the attention of education staff every week. Since 2012, education consultant Nicola S. Morgan has been sharing professional development courses and hands-on solutions to address these challenges with teams across the UK.
Together with business partner Einir A. Williams, an experienced headteacher from Wales, the pair have designed practical methodologies and engaging training sessions that leave attendees feeling empowered and motivated. In all their courses, training, resources and support, the NSMTC team aim to inspire education staff to be the everyday superhero they truly are.
Nicola S. Morgan is an multi award-winning TEDx and keynote speaker, international education consultant, author and teacher with over twenty-eight years’ experience working in a variety of education settings. During this time, she has developed a reputation for successfully managing the most challenging behaviour as well as motivating and inspiring staff to help implement long term and lasting change.
Having failed hard and then successfully completed the English Channel swim solo she prides herself on specialising in two key areas, Resilience and Behaviour. A Certified NLP Master Practitioner, IVET Foundation Affiliate and Resilient Leaders Elements and International Values-Based Education Consultant, Nicola has worked with thousands of professionals across education reconnect with what they do best lead with clarity, courage and calm.
Following 14 years of working with children, adults and families in education and within local authorities, former headteacher Einir joined NSMTC in 2017.
Einir brings a strategic approach to the business, extensive insight into leadership and management and a wealth of experience in education. To support the growth of the company, Einir oversees NSMTC’s training and development courses, consultancy services and speaking opportunities.
She is passionate about high-quality customer experiences and empowering education staff to truly get the most from each and every day.
In addition to her role at NSMTC, Einir is an author, coach, mentor, chair of governors at the local school and a vice-chair of the town council.
