This course explores the responsibilities of Lunchtime Supervisors and aims to build confidence and competence within the role. The course is also designed to motivate your staff to work more effectively as a team and successfully manage break times, with a focus on ways to structure break times as well as enhance the communication skills of team members. Staff will be able to reflect on their own practice and the practice of the team throughout this course.
