Course introduction

This course covers the importance of keeping calm in difficult situations and ways to effectively manage unwanted behaviour, noisy dining halls/classrooms and other demanding circumstances, e.g., changes in the weather. This course will equip your staff with the most up-to-date practical strategies for managing stress, voice control and decision-making skills in order to improve staff and pupil wellbeing.
